It is puzzling that the KSHSAA had to cuss and discuss, take to regional meetings for a statewide vote, a simple change in how competition points are counted for JUNIOR HIGH wrestling; but something as far ranging as this it is done by the Exec Board with no apparent input from the field. Whatever the merits for or against this change, the KSHSAA decision making process is confusing, at best.
