If they split these up basically the same way as always, several kids that should place at state won’t qualify from a loaded sub-state bracket and lesser kids from a weak sub-state bracket will medal at state.
Agree, they have to cross bracket after the district tournaments. Regionals need to be formed from other districts other than the neighboring one. Don't care if its a lot of travel for regional tournaments.
