4 seems really high for AB Stokes when he wasn’t in our state last year. I know he’s good but is his ranking based on 2 years ago or did he do something over the summer that earned him that ranking?
It's not based on two years ago. AB went 24-2 in Oklahoma and has had several quality wins.
But the quality wins would be from 2 years ago since he was in Oklahoma last year and his 4 wins this year are against Oklahoma kids. Sheeler beat him 6-2 two years ago and is ranked 7.
