Circle the dates March 28-30 for the HEARTLAND NATIONAL DUALS in Council Bluffs, Iowa!
TEAM KANSAS is the defending High School Dual champion in Folkstyle and Freestyle! This event has replaced our annual trip to Denver.
-TWO HIGH SCHOOL DUAL TEAMS.
- The week before Virginia Beach
- Team invites will begin immediately after our state tournaments.
- Invites will follow the order of our All-Class Rankings
- The high school division is EXPANDING. We are the DEFENDING CHAMPIONS.

Matt Sarbo - 2023 NJCAA National Champion and current #1 at 149.
