Wonder if Mr. Peterson intends to major in marketing during college?
He has certainly has chapter 1 (Look at Me - Getting the Consumer to Notice You) figured out.
Wonder if he has read ahead far enough to consider the impact of chapter 6 (Retaining the Consumer's Interest - Delivering On Your Promises)?
