Also I might add I don't think pay is the issue. The coaches go 4 to 6 days a week for a hell of alot less. Where's the love of the sport man. Sorry ref's are over paid. Lack of pay is no reason to screw a wrestler. Don't even try to make like ref's dont screw some kids on purpose. Don't make me name names. LOL
