I for one think ashpole is a very good wrestler one of the best but after watching him at the ctl tournament will he win state again?

He should win, the bracket he won last year with Wilderman and Mcreary and was a lot harder than the bracket he will be in this year. I don't know what happened to them at state but I am pretty sure that Mcreary had beaten Ashpole twice during the regular season and then did not even place at state.

I believe Jake beat Wilderman and Mcreary got upset in the first round. Also a friend called me and was wondering where Valley Center is for there regional? does anybody know? Also which all teams are there?

McCreary lost in the first round to Heath Meder 12-7.
Jake defeated Wilderman in the Semi-finals 6-3.
Finally, I do believe Jake will repeat as a State Champion.

NO, Ashpole will not repeat they have a kid in winfield that took him to the wire @ rose hill, he also has Crisman from Campus. i believe that Ashpole has an easier bracket than last year but he will still get beat. Its not McCraery in Winfied its some other kid. And i belive that McCraery did beat Ashpole last year Twice.

Also there could be a team that takes 12 out of there 14 wrestlers to state!

It's impossible to know whether or not Ashpole will win state this year. One thing you have to say though, is that he is definately the man to beat, which isn't always a cituation a wrestler wants to be in. Jake should win state this year if you look at competition, record, ect. The hard thing about repeating as a champion, however, is the fact that eveyone is gunning for you. The 27th and the 28th will show all of us how good of a wrestler Ashpole is.

Yes anstine did beat chrisman but anstine stalled the whole match and didnt even get warned chrisman was ging after anstine but he just kept backing up.

I go to school with Jake, and I'm a valley cheerleader, so I get to watch him wrestle a lot. My personal prediction is that if Jake keeps working like he has, then he will probably pull it off. Best of luck Jake

actually we will get a sneek preview on how tuff ashpole is this weekend Personally I don't think he will even be in the finals of regionals just depends on who he gets seeded but long shot
