I lived in Tribune in the 1970’s and 1980’s (High School Teacher – Government and History). Charlie’s was on the East edge of Leoti on Highway 96 (North side of the Highway). It doesn’t look like much but the food and service was great and the prices were fair.

My favorite was the Mexican Plate, but first some hot chips and hot bean & cheese dip.
