It is way too early in the wrestling season to begin pointing out that there is "hardly any steady competition" at any particular weight class. some competitors have yet to get down to the weight that they will wrestle at regionals. as for 140, I am sure that there is some good competition, and if everyone that is judged to be steady avoids 140 and goes to another weight, then Mr. Gilliland must be a lot better than some would credit him for. bottom line is, whether he wins or loses, the quality guys at 140 will not go to another weight just to avoid him. I am sure he will have to win or lose his last title against just as good of competition as anyone else.
