I read ART 14 that if the school is within 500 miles of the KS border. To me that means a team in Eastern KS can invite a CO team as long as it is within 500 miles of the Western border.
However, I do agree that it would be a good idea to allow teams to travel a bit farther than currently allowed. The only issue would be the funding part.
