This is true, and it's a travesty. It should go to the most outstanding wrestler at that tournament. I, too, have pinned my way through tournaments, only to see OW go to Mo Baynes or Ccott Soleman, who had a pin and 2 MDs. Perhaps the heavier wrestlers would BE the well-known kids if coaches kept their teams in the gym until the finals were over.
