sundevil, it is obvious that a number of individuals including family members have taken this post the wrong way. If your intent is truly good, and desires the best for Aaron, there is a thing called the edit button that you can use to correct the title of the thread and comments referring to him running. Aaron is one of the most respected kids in Kansas, it is obvious that many don't like even the impression of disrespect for this young man. I know several kids have hit growth spurts lately, and for those, Aaron sets a good example, don’t shortcut what God is trying to do to your body, grow.
I think he might feel a lot better and if he can wrestle better than he did in the finals in Newton, than 6A 125 better watch out and I look forward to a Shumate/Ely match. Could be the match of the state tourney. Good luck to both of you!
Exactly why I hate the thought of 3 separate state tournaments......I think the casual fan may be overwhelmed by it all, but to be able to see all of the great matches is a lot of fun, and, in my opinion, good for the sport.
