It seems the tides have turned and at least SOME people know what they are talking about. Hint: it’s not those arguing against me. Yes indeed you can have your tuition waived, I did I can prove it; I still have the financial aid letters. My OOS tuition was waived for reasons other than academic which I choose not to list because it’s irrelevant. However DINGBAT you ARE WRONG PERIOD, you don't know what you are talking about and it’s been proven over and over again. As far Nate, Jhris, I find it hard to believe that you think he hasn't moved on with his life. If I am correct Nate is about to graduate from College which is probably farther than you will get and he's not the one on this site everyday talking about how good he is, and neither do I. I've come to the realization long ago that I am no longer a competitive wrestler for nothing more than the fact that my injury will not let me. However I stay involved in the sport because there are still so many people who makes this sport great, Richard is not included because apparently even with all his so called knowledge he still does not know that college do in fact present scholarships to non state champions (I’d make a list for you of kids just from Kansas, but then again since you like compiling stats so much, I’m sure you can do that on your own.), and I've lost all respect for the man because he apparently has none for me, but luckily for me I don't have to see him on a regular occasion or I think I would make a regular habit of ejecting him from tournaments for being an (insert another word for a donkey here). Please people, try and know what you are talking about on here before you post it. I assure you that scholarships are offered, scouts realize the potential of wrestlers not just based on the fact that they lose 1 match, just like Nate said. Now I'll also assure you that just like Aaron said, I WAS offered scholarships to several D-1 schools and just for FYI that was BEFORE I got hurt half way through my senior year (so in a sense at least Richard was partly right about something he said). I’m not going to sit here and list the schools and give you the satisfaction of knowing, its better to let you wonder but I will tell you they were from the Big 12 and 1 from the Big 10 (Prant your a pretty good guesser). But what does it matter? I don't wrestle anymore; I'm not going to wrestle anymore, well at least outside of recreational stuff. And no I don't feel the need to defend my self against trash talking high school kids who couldn’t beat me even on a bad day, but I do simply for my own amusement. Dingbat please just shut the heck up because everything you have said thus far has been wrong; it’s been proven wrong by at least three other people on here who have experienced similar situations. I’m sick of this subject, it should have never have been posted in the first place, knowing the controversy it would and has caused.
