I was at practice the other day and my coach was getting mad because i was throwing a head&arm. I have no idea why, even though in matches it can screw you up if not done right,I do it all the time and we work it so much and I do it right. So I just wanted to know what another effective throw is.

Just kick them in the leg and do a "sweep", then push him down as you do it and lock up his head or something.

Tyler, nice to know that our forums are having such a lasting impact on American Wrestling. By the way originally from Tennessee and out here in Kansas might as well be Alabama. Where you from in Alabama, pretty familiar with it in that I used to do concerts there all of the time.

I'm from Tuscaloosa. I go to Tuscaloosa County High. You may have even heard of Hoover, they are from Birmingham(the biggest city around). Their football team places 3rd or second in the nation everyear because they have four campuses and can choose from over a thousand different people who try out. And their wrestling team is very good. Not sure what their wrestling team ranks nationally though.

In ancient Bushman folklore, The Girl Of An Early Race threw ashes and roots into the sky and they became stars ...... now THAT was a pretty good toss!

I don't know what that move is called, but the best throw I ever did was a combination between a Japanese Whizzer, a Fireman's, and a Lateral Drop. My coach called it a Japanese Fire Drop. Looked pretty cool on tape too.
