As this season is over, I'm thinking about next season. One of my goals is to go up a weight class or two, gaining some strength. This may be other peoples goals also and am wondering if anybody's wrestling team has a good weightlifting program for the summer or anytime. I'm trying to get a few ideas so I can make a routine in combination with my teams lifting program. I'm sure everybody would benifit from this post so put up some lifts and routines.
