Nigel, The only reason I tried this approach is had the time and I can't afford to not eat being a pilot. The good old days of the oven we practiced in are gone and staying light in off season will become more of a factor as rules on weight tighten.
You should try being a college "coach" and certifying a team I reccommend staying down to weight in the off season if possible. I am worried about my best wrestler at 141. He like to eat and not cut weight.
