I understand what he wants to do, I just don't know how well he's going about it. Talking to the wrestlers who will be there next year, a few have expressed that his "must win" attitude might take away from what the program has tried to teach. Wrestling isn't always about winning at all costs, it's about doing your best and giving your best effort, win or lose. I know that he will do the best job that he can, I just don't think that tearing up a fine program will help anyone in this situation. I do think he will be successful and I know that he knows how to coach better than me. I wish him good luck as well, I just had a problem with his comments on a program greater than any program he has been involved with.
