I like the idea that was proposed, but your 6 team regionals idea is not wise. If we went by this, the JC regional 171 bracket would have excluded two of the following: Matt Wintz, Jason Butler, David Ehret, or Grant Parker from qualifying for state. That's would exclude some of the following: two state championships, two 2nd place finishes, at least two other medals, or one witty fool. Not wise.
