I have seen this work myself, as i have done this myself, it works for some reason, the most i've lost is .2lbs but i've seen it happen the kid is .1 over and he stands on his head for a while then hops back on and is right on weight then steps on after weighing in and is .1 over again? not sure why/if it really does work but kinda interesting
