I have done both and I still do. I played a game of basketball this morning and had a full practice of wrestling last night. I can say for sure that I can run up and down the court with jumping and shooting/rebounding at both ends for an hour without substitution. 6 minutes of full contact all out wrestling and I am virtually spent. I would definately be much much more tired. I do not know if that means anything, but that is how it is with me.
