Richarddsayler i am on the PARALYMPIC TEAM. And yes i did Compete in the 2005 IBSA WORLD JUDO AND TRACK AND FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS AUGUST 4-9 in Coloredo Springs CO. I am the same Ron Hawthorne that whent to state for the Kansas State School for the Blind and also Schlagle. I trained at the OTC twice this summer under paralympic coaches. 9th Degree black belt, GRANDMASTER WALTER DEAN 8th degree black belt, Willie Cahill. And the first person ever to win a GOLD medal in usa history in JUDO in the 2000 paralympic's STOTT MOORE 73kgs. Right along with onther paralympic team mate Kevin Szott 100+kgs.
If you stayed in the Kansas city area u would have seen me on TV Fox 4, Channel 9 and Metro Sports. Talking about me making the World Team. Right now i train at Welcome mat judo club with Steve Scott who also coached a World Team and also Choons Lee Black Belt Academy with Master Raggie 4th degree black belt. Since people like doing resurch i am going to help u out a little bit. I will be competing in the 2006 World Cup in Judo in the 60kgs in France. I am also the seond person in KSSB's history to go to STATE i when 3x. But i am not for sure what the guy name is that whent before me but, he was STATE Champ back in 1971 for the Kansas State School for The Blind look it up if u dont beleave me.
