If you took the best (in terms of how the did at state) teams using the conferences and who was in it for 2005 you'd have a really fantastic dual as well seeing as how the rosters I came up with would have both leagues having 5 out of the first 7 weights having a state finalist. It would really be a barn burner in the lower weights where NWKL would have to try to score some bonus.

In the upper 7 the NCKL boasted of 4 finalists on this roster while the NWKL only had 1. Anyway, it's all fun for now, but these two leagues really ought to think about having an All Star Dual at the end of the year just between the 2 leagues. Here you go with the 2005 lineups:
