Garret Gage won't take first, he didn't even win his regional, he took 3rd. Leudke or Rein look to be the favorites in that weight. 145 will be good between Heckel and Hynick, my moneys on Hynick. I kind of doubt Augusta will be that high up there. I would count on Columbus and Rose Hill being around 8-5th place. 215 will be Seimer seeing as how he has beaten Disney twice this year. Tait is amazing (from what I've heard) but 130 has many great wrestlers in it, and could go to a few of them. Dawson will also have a tough time winning 125. There are many in there such as Fox, Hinman, Fisher and Callahan that could give him a good run for his money. I'd say the match of the night will probably have to go to Schroeder vs. Elliot.

I have Heckel or Finley winning 145. Heckel's HUGE 5pt feet to back move at the beginning of the match really got things exciting. Also I'm not sure if his "broken" ankle will effect things any or not? I know it appeared to bother him in his match so it's hard telling. Finley is extremely good... an 8-7 score that's hard to pick away from those two IMO.

I'm not so sure about the Stuart pick at 171 mainly for the super tough road he has from round 1 on. Let's face it some guys get cream puffs early on at state, he didn't draw one! I personally think Bartlett has a great shot...he's the unranked wonder and I was very impressed with him at Regionals.

Erisman was a paper champ last year, but was upset in the finals by Nick Zahm!

Agreed with Swayz. I saw the match. Very fun to watch.
Additionally, i was impressed with the sportsmanship of both of these young men. Sutton-Kern had a big grin on his face when Strawn's hand was raised at the end. What a pleasant attitude. I wish more had it. Good luck to both in the future!

I was also impressed with the great sportsmanship shown by Dooley and Rein after their matches.
