The greatest match will be in the Semis at 152-- Scott Elliot vs. Judd Schroeder

Elliot's possibility of being a 4 timer, his perfect record this year, and overall possibility for a perfect record are all in jeopardy. And Schroeder is just the guy that can do it.

I'm looking forward to that match.

Additionally, i was impressed with the sportsmanship of both of these young men. Sutton-Kern had a big grin on his face when Strawn's hand was raised at the end. What a pleasant attitude. I wish more had it. Good luck to both in the future!
Agree! It was so nice to see the respect both of them had for each other. I was also impressed with the great sportsmanship shown by Dooley and Rein after their matches.
Another thing a lot of people probably missed was that after everyone had left except for about 20 people or so...Sutton-Kearn went over to Strawn's dad and shook his hand as well.

Just out of curiousity, does anybody know how much it is going to cost to get in this weekend. My guess would be around 10 dollars.

I'm pretty sure it is going to be worth at least the price of admission no matter what the charge. What's with the prediction of the State Team leaderboard, there are 3 potential leaders that were at the Chapman regional that didn't get mentioned?

Baxter, Baxter is that you? Bark twice if your in Milwaukee.

I think Peter Eck will beat Brendan Lund, just my thought, I watched Eck at the Russell Regional and saw him wrestle earlier this year, and he really impresses me.

In the parking lot! Last year for state tournaments held in Salina they always charged for parking to my knowledge. It would not surprise me if they did it this year for state.

If you look at the tournament results for Baldwin you can see that Gabe lost one match at the Raytown tournament, one match at the Baldwin tournament to either Marvio from Abilene or the Oak Park kid, and then two matches at the Eudora tournament. Not sure on who beat him at any of those tournaments though.

Chewie, you just saved me a whole lot of hassle. I will reject my own reality, substitute yours and accept your findings.
