Brett, It is great to hear that a kid who has worked so hard to become a State Champ is now finally one. I hope you had the best day of your life, so far, today. Wish I could have been there but I was in 3A coaching my team. Best of luck in the future and I am proud of you! Coach (Do-Do) Brown

Congrats Brett..I watched that match and i was very impressed. You really went out there and stuck it to him and showed why you should have been a 2X timer. Congrats on closing out a stellar career man and finally achieving the ever so elusive State title.

Congratulations Brett I know you have been working so hard for this moment and you deserved it. I also wanted to say what an impression you made on my son Taylor. All he could do on the way home was to talk about your match and how he is going to work hard to get the opportunity to be a state champ like Brett.

Even on a "down year," it was great to see that one of my old JV All-Stars won the big burrito. Congrats, Brett. It's something that few accomplish (ask Prant) and you will never forget.

Actually, Hrett, you probably could have done it without FatBat. He's worthless.
Congrats, though. It's good to see another MHS Funnyman win state. Who will carry on the funny tradition next year?

Oh, don't get me wrong, I had nothing to do with his state title. He did that all on his own. I was just there for the hospitality rooms and fart jokes.

While I had nothing to do with his wrestling ability, I'd like to think I'm like his Grandfather Funnyman. He studied under the great Jhris Cennings, who obviously traces his hilarity back to one Prant Garker (where all things witty began). Does this make me the Splinter to his Leonardo? The Mick to his Rocky?
Also, Hrett the Champion (which is what your teachers and friends undoubtedly now call you), are you the owner of the illustrious Orange Shorts, bestowed upon Derek Bunker by Richard Gardner? Also, how is the infamous Christmas Tree doing? With Bubba retiring, who will be its new keeper?
Please keep us has-beens in the loop, your Champion-ness.

Brett,
This is the reason I did not want 4a to split this year from Wichita. I so much wanted to be there to see earn the title that you work so hard for. It seems like it was yesterday when you and your folks walk in to your first kids practice in Manhattan. It has truely been a pleasure watching you grow in to such a fine young man and earning a State Championship along the way.
Congrats from the Price Family!!

Thanks again everyone it was a great ending to my highschool career! For Prant, I regret to inform you (my grandfather of funny) that I infact, do not own the infamous Orange Shorts. I hold the holy-whity-tighties passed down by Fuster Breehly. As for the Christmas Tree it worked its way out this year and past years and I'm not sure who will be bestowed the Tree of Christmas. As for continuing the Funnyman Tradition I'm hoping all 14 wrestlers do it next year, but seeing as the odds of that happening are similar to the odds of me winning the lottery (very slim) I'm predicting Mevie STiller or Pryant Betty, both fine young men have the talent to make anyone laugh.
