I hate to say this, but every year there are kids that don't go because of finances, and kids that have their way paid by their districts which is probably against KSHSAA guidelines. To say that a teacher can't donate is a little strange, in my opinion. Does your district have a policy regarding requesting donations from teachers? If they do, that makes sense. During every single school fundraiser, teachers will be swarmed with requests to donate, buy, or give time.
