Does anyone have any information on a tournament in Nebraska, I believe it is called MidAmerica Classic? Deadline around April 9th. Tournament on the 16th and 17th.

I want to go up and watch, but who knows how expensive it will be. I'm willing to work a table to get in.

I believe some of the Wichita teams plan to take some kids.

We are going and hoping that others do as well. Went last year and it is a great tournament as are all of Jack Roller's tournaments. Last year it was completed in 1 day but believe it will take more than 1 this year. We are looking for people to share in costs in car pool from Wichita, if interested let me know and we can go from there. If you don't have your room's yet get them early, I can tell anyone wanting to share in costs with us the hotel we are staying at. The tourney is actually in Council Bluffs not Omaha.

Hey Dan, What weight is Jake wrestling in Council Bluffs?

Channing is going. 12u 84. I think!

It doesn't show a Friday night weigh-in. Is that correct?

The Mid American Classic is a Rollar Production in it's second year, should be a good Folkstyle tournament drawing some National Competition 3 1/2 hours north of KC. Hotel & Casino next door. Nice RV hookups with restrooms & showers.
The GREATER OMAHA OPEN is a Freestyle Tournament in it's third year, Sat. April 23rd. $15 entry postmarked before April 16th, $17 for registering at weigh in w/singlet Friday the 22nd 5:30-7PM Sat. 6-7AM. Have a flyer & entry form if anyone is interested.
The Blue Chip / Black & Blue was an extremly good tournament last year in Olathe, the 23rd, drawing some good freestylers from the Wichita area and a lot of good ones out of Missouri. Great competition with a lot of KS vs Mo finals last year. Information on the Calender page to the left.

Dante, no problem, give me a call at 316-841-5814 and we can work everything out. My mini van can get about 3 - 4 more without too much trouble.
