At the 4A State, I asked Bowden how long it would take the NFHS to consider the 1 foot inbounds for a takedown and/or only 1 shoulder inbounds for a fall, like the NCAAs.
His response shocked me, when he stated,
"We're looking at it this year, for next season. Don't think it'll go anywhere, but I've been wrong before."

So keep your ears peeled and let's see just what does come out of Indy...
