The problem with the newer FILA rules:
1) there is no passivity call so someone can push someone out of bounds (sumo) and get 1 point and stall
2) it does not reward you for being in better shape as the periods go faster and there is more rest time and more stalling on your feet
3) it makes it harder to come back from a mistake-i.e. unlimited guts;leg locks, etc.. and you quickly roll up 6 points and the period is over
