The flyer seems incomplete. Will someone fill in the blanks, please. What time are weigh ins on Friday night and Saturday morning? What time does wrestling start on Saturday? Is it only going to last one day?
(Last year wasn't it Saturday and Sunday?)

This year's changes to the state tournament include: 1-day tournament Greco weigh-in on Friday 6-8pm Freestyle ONLY weigh-in on Saturday 7-8am
I should be able to update the flyer on the Calendar by this weekend with more detailed information.
(Yes last year the tourney was 2 days)

Is there pre-registration or just show up at weigh-ins for registration?

Registration will be during weigh in on Friday night and Saturday morning.
Top 3 places in each divison except for Bantam, I believe, qualify for Nationals in Fargo

Was looking at the Southern Plains Regionals flyer and it shows Bantam listed there. Do you have to place at state to qualify for Southern Plains? I already know that Bantam is not listed for Nationals but think that Southern plains might be a good little "vacation" for the family since school will be out.

Is it going to cost as a spectator? I need to know as I'll probably be coming all the way from Minneapolis exhausted from Relay for Life.

Previous post - You do not have to place at the state tournament to go to the Southern Plains Tournament..
Follow-up - But don't you have to participate in Southern Plains Regionals to qualify for Nationals?

Scott,
You do have to go to Southern Plains if you are Garret's age to be able to go to Wisc. for nationals. Participation in Southern Plains ithe only qualifier for Midget, Novice and Schoolboy nationals.

Just so there is no confusion:
For Kids National (anyone younger than Cadet) - You have to particiapte at the Southern Plains Regional to go to National. But you do not have to win or place.
For Cadet/Junior National (Fargo) - You do not have to go to the Southern Plains Regional tournament even though Southern Plains Regional has a Cadet division.
Las Vegas, New Orleans, etc is part of the Southern Plains Junior circuit.
