Hey Krusaders are you ready? I can not wait to hit the mat. Coach Ed, lets get some practice going.
I am tired of lifting weights and running, Its time to let the bodys hit the mat!!!!

Karissa, Weightlifting isn't all that bad.... Yeah it can be tiring but hey, It's all good in the long run. Especially when you slam the boys into the mats. Just wait, we'll be kicking butt and takin' names this year
