Track Question - VC Round Robin

I have a question that maybe you can help me with. My youngest wrestled VC Round Robin today (great job by the way to Valley Center). For some reason his name won't be highlighted in the bracket even though he has a Track record. All the other wrestlers in his bracket can be hyperlinked to show their records and tournament results but for some reason his name doesn't allow this for this tourney. No big deal, just wondering what's going on?

This happened to Jake last year. Jake has been entered as "Jake and "Jacob". Having the same USA wrestling number made one of the Jake's not link up. I sent several e-mails to track trying to get it fixed but nothing has happened since last year and I doubt it will.

There is a way to merge different profiles of the same wrestler in trackwrestling. I did it last year, but can't remember how. I do remeber it wasn't very hard.
