KWCA Workouts for Wrestlers and Athletes - 04/12/20 08:42 PM
Over the Next Several Weeks, different coaches within the KWCA will be providing workouts for wrestlers/athletes that can be done during COVID-19. They will be posted at: https://www.facebook.com/kwcaonline/
Our first guest coach is Chad Parks of Shwnee Heights High School. Coach P has put together a 5-day workout (Monday to Friday) that has a Special Challenge added to it.
