NFHS Compliance (headgear)

Can anyone confirm whether or not the Adidas Response headgear are compliant with the NFHS rules regarding manufacturer logos, etc...the link below will show an image of this headgear if you are not familiar with it. We had no issue wearing them last year, but the topic of headgear compliance was mentioned in the KSHSAA online rules meeting this year. I'm just curious if the traditional Adidas "3-stripe" being larger on the sides makes it non-compliant. I would appreciate any insight from fellow coaches or any officials that can clarify.

Mark Lentz stated in the Rules Meeting that these Adidas headgear are OK and that we officials shouldn't worry about the logo size.

I was actually going to order from that site, but it flagged the Adidas headgear. Lentz actually said that the 3 stripe wasn't a logo. I wish I would have known sooner
