Kansas Revolution Wrestling Club (KRWC) - proud to present - B.U. - Be Revolutionary Wrestling Camp

Baker University's Addie Lanning, Nikki Moore, and Elisa Robinson will be at Junction City High School providing 3 sessions in 1 day - for ALL of our female wrestlers attending! This day will cover wrestling technique for Folkstyle & some Freestyle; along with discussions from the Clinicians about: Strength Training, Nutrition, Pre-Match & Post-Match Routine Ideas, Practice & Match Mindset Tips.
With three (3) Clinicians, we will be able to separate out some of the age groups to allow for 'advanced' technique for those progressing well throughout the day. All three (3) Clinicians have been a large part of the Women's Wrestling Movement in Kansas and across the country, as they have all wrestled in Kansas during their High School and College careers.

Cost: $20.00 / wrestler, club & high school coaches FREE with at least one (1) athlete in attendance
Ages: 1st through 12th grade is welcome to attend
Location: Junction City High School: 1100 Blue Jay Way, Junction City, KS 66441
Times: 9:00-11:00am ...... 12:30-2:00pm ...... 2:30-4:00pm
Lunch will be provided: Pizza, Granola Bar, Fruit, Water/Gatorade --- Welcome to go offsite or bring your own lunch

This is an amazing opportunity for our young women across Kansas, to come learn from these Kansas natives that have helped push and grow women's wrestling.
