CRADLE CLINIC
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 21ST
2:00-5:00PM
AGES 8+, 2 YRS OF EXPERIENCE
MAIZE HIGH WRESTLING ROOM

Maize WC will be hosting Coach Craig Amrein next Wednesday for a 3-hr long cradle clinic. We have wanted to bring Coach Amrein in for a few years now, but schedules just didn't line-up to make it happen.
Doors will open at 1:30pm, with the clinic beginning at 2:00pm sharp.
This clinic will focus on different cradle technique from all positions. Cradles are a great way of securing falls, and you see them used from beginners all the way through the Senior level.
