Please note that practice will start on March 26th from 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm. It was posted as starting on March 20th, this is incorrect. We will still be in folkstyle mode on the 20th. Good luck to all the next two weeks.

I will run practices until about 7pm or a few minutes later most of the time. For the next couple of weeks practices will be mostly live wrestling and conditioning. We have wrestlers preparing for three different Folk Style national championships: High School Nationals in Virginia Beach, Brute Adidas Nationals in KC, and USA Kids Folkstyle in Iowa.

I will be coaching at Brute.

Eric

We will attempt to go to a split format, for at least a while, due to member size and difference in experience level. Hopefully this will allow us to accommodate the wrestlers better according to size and experience level. Practice sessions will be more accurately “prescribed” if we can get everyone attending the group that describes them the most. We hope it is possible for your schedule to attend accordingly. If not, you are welcome to attend which ever practice session you can make it to. Both sessions will be intense training. The main thing is that this will give the wrestlers a much better opportunity to learn more, better, and faster.

We will start this split format on Monday the 16th of April. Please take note, and thank you for your cooperation and commitment.

If you have questions or issues please email: gmedina@bluechipathletic.com or eakin@kc.rr.com
