Everyone is doing real well. Cody and I didn't wrestle this weekend due to some knee problems. I'll be back in about a week and a half. Cody has about two more weeks. Derek Ross is looking strong as ever, and is still known at UNK for his cradle! Gienger slipped under a lot of college’s radar. The kid is a FREAK. I've never seen a true freshman with so much potential. Swoyer is doing well also. Getting in there and battling with the upper classmen.

It's going to be a very interesting season in DII's!!
