Words cannot describe the news that I heard today. It is with a heavy heart that I post this link. I know how much of an impact he had on me and my son's life. May God hold his family close today.

I am unable to open the link. Brandon just called from Iowa and the news is traveling fast, as many Kansas wrestlers are with him. I was just praying it was not true. Heavy hearts as well in Lawrence for the Noblets. Thoughts are with you.

The link opened fine for me. I'm kind of a social retard at times. My first inclination was to merely copy and paste it here on the forum - or, to have you email me and then I could email you with the copy/paste. But first, I want advice from others before doing either.

I did not know the family. But a loss is a loss and they really hurt. If and when God brings them to my mind, I will pray for all involved.

Many memories of watching Matt wrestle throughout his kids and high school career, just one of those quality kids with a super nice and supportive family. May god bless you all, you are in our thoughts and prayers

Our deepest sympathy to the Noblet Family,

Both Sean and Nick called from South Dakota and gave us the news. We enjoyed wrestling with Matt over the years. When Matt wrestled, we would stop what we were doing and tuned in to watch one of the most exciting and explosive wrestlers in Kansas.

It was always a joy to chat with Matt at the long tournaments. Matt always had a smile on his face and knew how to get it done once the whistle blew. He will be missed.

Sincerely,

The Flynn Family

Our deepest sympathy go out to Matt's Family and friends. He was a fine young man and wrestler and he wrestled with my sons many times.

May God give you peace beyond understanding.

I really cannot believe this... When i first started wrestling, man was one of the kids i looked at and said "wow, i will never catch up too him"... my freshamn yr i went too cadet duals, and the "silver" team i was on consisted of guys such as Me, Paulie Hansen, Both Madls, Ty Caldwell, and of course, Matt Noblett... Being on that team; talking to those kids and interacting with those kids, kind of made me believe that i can hang with these kids; I can be good.... You will be missed Matt

My prayers go out to the family, I was in shock as I spoke with Mr. Hood tonight in Eureka about this. What a terrible tragedy.

What a terrible loss for everyone who knew Matt and whose lives he was ever a part of for any amount of time. We enjoyed many wrestling years with Matt, from kids wrestling through high school. We will always remember fondly our memories of and with Matt and his parents. Our hearts and prayers go out to Dan and Maggie, you raised a good young man, may you receive the strength and solace you need to comfort you in your loss.

All our love,
Amanda Lowe and Jed Mamie

I've known Matt and his family for many years, and have always felt a special fondness for him. Words seem insufficient to express my deep sorrow at this news. Dan and Maggie and the rest of Matt's family members have my deepest condolences.

We were floored when we heard the news tonight. Matt was a quality wrestler but more importantly, what a wonderful kid.
I personally had the pleasure of coaching Matt a few times back in the kids club days. Dan and Maggie, our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I did not know Matt very well but I talked to him a few times at tournaments. I always admired his skill in the sport of wrestling and looked up to him.

R.I.P. Matt.
