Just found out UNO has added this Kansas open to their schedule. Can anyone tell me how long this tournament has run in the past? We are making plans to visit Hays.
It usually runs until 6-7, but last year it ran until about 9 because of the high number of entries. If I remember correctly they are adding an additional mat this year, going from 7 mats to 8.
Your last guy must have had some exhibition matches in the parking lot.
I announced the winner of the last match, announced the award winners and was home before 10:00. Would have been later, but they wrestled the finals concurrently on four mats.
Thanks everyone for your replies. Sounds like it should be over in time to make the 4 hour drive back home. As I type this, I am reminded of the saying, "Man plans; God laughs." Could definitely apply to wrestling tournament schedules. Thanks, again
