The tournament was very good this year.Independence events center was 10 times better than down town KC. Lots parking,lots bathrooms all around good security.The security seemed like they wanted us there :} they even joked and laughed when you chated with them.As always food was good for the volunteers.Fixed up by a very nice lady.

One more very cool thig was they used temporary tattoos to mark the kids.Not the normal wrist bands like last few years.

I agree awesome this year! now just get rid of the saturday break for the little guys!

I agree, this could just be a 2 day tourney. Do the 1st-8th on Saturday and HS on Sunday or vice versa. You could still do an all american parade for each on there day of wrestling. This would probably draw more people if they didn't have to commit to 3 days. It would save money for families.

So everyone who has ideas about making this tournament better or if you have concerns about the way something is handled let the tournament people know. They don't read these talk forums - they are from PA. This is really the only way you can be heard. They finally listened about moving it from downtown with the terrible parking - so now lets get them to listen about making it a 2 day tourney. This may also help get more kids and HS to attend.
