Twelve years ago a young and extremely energetic Jeremy Goebel was hired to take on the tough task of coaching a wrestling program here in Tonganoxie. Coach Goebel has been a positive influence as a teacher and coach in this community and you will be greatly missed.

Today I thank coach Goebel on a great 12 years here in Tonganoxie and congratulate him on the acceptance of a new opportunity which he has earned. Good luck to you and your family, from all of your Tonganoxie Wrestling Family!!!

Great guy and great young coach. This area is richer for having him and poorer to see him go. He has done a whale of a job at Tongy. That program has never been as relevant as it is now and certainly better than he found it a decade ago. Keep the wind to your back Jeremy and best of luck in Syracuse, Nebraska.
