Coach Palmer - Youth & High School Intensive Camp!

WHEN: Sept. 24-26th
DAY 1: 6:30 - 8:30pm
DAY 2: 10 - 12pm; 1 - 3pm; 3:30 - 5pm
DAY 3: 9 - 11:30am; 12:30 - 2:30pm
This camp is designed for wrestlers who are state and national caliber competitors. Some of the best wrestlers from across teh area will be in attendance and they will be put in uncomfortable training positions to bring out the best of their abilities.
The camp will be limited to the first 45 wrestlers and spots will fill up fast. Coach Palmer will focus on the neutral position (including set-up's, leg attacks, and transitions from leg attacks).
HOW MANY SPOTS REMAIN AVAILABLE? Only 3 spots left to reach the max of 45. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS pas the 45 to maintain room for providing an elite camp and safe training environment.
CAMP COST: $175 for ALL three days and 12 hours of training!
