I will definitely not be cutting to 112 next year. 119 will be my weight class, that’s about what I weigh normally. (without draining 8lbs of water out of me) This year really sucked weight wise, every match I wrestled, I felt very week, and as the season ended (Feb) and I grew an inch I was dieing, having to lose a min of 8lbs of water weight to make weight, with a body fat of 3%. I have no idea why I went to 112 this year. It was stupid. I think I got it from Ryan Parks

I wrestled 160 At 3-2-1A State and in my finals match i weighed 175.2. But i cut that much weight every week

Computerized shoes isnt lieng he is a stud. I saw him running this weekend and he looked like crap on sat. when he made weight. I think i saw him at McDonalds the other day and he is extremely fat.

As for me, since wrestling season is over, I've LOST about 150-pounds.

You must understand, that every year at the start of wrestling season, my wife is constantly on my rear, telling to me to cleanup my office. And every year, a few days after the season is over, she crawls off.

Campus152 still weights 149. You don't have to cut weight to be a champion. Just hard work.

Ya campus 152 lost a match to a 4A guy two weeks before regionals and that guy didn't even place...Sad isn't it.

May have lost to a 4A guy by one point. But two weeks before that that 4A guy was beat 12 - 5.

Computerized shoes since I don't know who you are I don't know how you finished but I do know that Langhover from Campus finished 1st and controlled his weight. You might learn from his example.

When you and i wrestled at league and regionals, how much did u weigh? I ask this because seeing you wrestle 112 now leads me to believe you probably werent cutting jack for 119 last yr. If this is true, ur a lucky man, i was cutting so much weight to make 119 and it was nothing but pure hell. The worst part was i wasnt that strong for a 119lber either....

Also yes, indeed about the Parks comment. That kid looked like a walking skeleton when he went 112. That was absolutely ridicious. He must have been cutting 15lbs or so(if his weight wasnt so stacked at 112 that yr, he wouldve definitely placed).

I was not cutting that much weight, 240 to 215, but I think I gained a hefty amount of weight back. Friday night for the second weigh in, I was a whopping 214.8. Then, after a few meals and a $14.10 check at taco bell, I was 232.3 the next morning. I had a few more meals in between there. Now, I'm tippin' the scales at around 243.

When I was cuting to 103 this year I would weigh in at like 102 then on monday when practice started again i would be like 112 or 115. I am so Fat

Yeah, but Jhris you are freaking fat. Your "240" was at the beginning of football season, you cheating sack. You skip one meal, you lose 10 pounds.

After state last year I went from 172 to 207.5 in three days. Not really that impressive because I've always been a fatty, but I did look like I was carrying twins by the time the male beauty pageant rolled around. (Maybe if I hadn't gained the lb's, I would have finished higher than third. *sigh*)

I am now sitting pretty at rougly 208, with 7.9% body fat. Jhris, Boach and Dingbat are all jealous of my physique.

last year I went from 104.6 to 130 somthin, this year i went from 120.8 on friday night, to 137.8 on saturday night. and thats nothing compared to last year at the beloit tourney. 104.9 at the second weigh in, to 127.2 by the finals match, and all I did was lay on Farber.It was wonderful.
