You have got to throw St Thomas Aquinas in that top 5. they have potential to be up there aswell.

also youve got sommers and gentry as top contenders? what pipe are you somkin?

Also what about between 125 & 130 alot of those best guys graduated, not much of a fight this year.

119 will be a tough class this year...i would also predict cisper to win the title at 189...although calen born(olathe north) and matt jenkins(olathe east) are also good wrestlers who will place high. saint thomas aqaunis does look to be very tough this year. does anybody know what weigh rj nill is going? if he was in that 119 class it would be all the more tougher. also, who will the toughest wrestlers at 171 be?

Matt Jenkins will place high? Did he even go five hundred last year? Calen Born will do okay but I don't see Jenkins competing at all for at least another year.

we can only hope jenkins does well this year. he's just gotta stay a little more focused than last year and he's sorta fat right now and has some weight to lose before he makes 189. but its a good thing that Olathe East football team was upset at the state tournement now we will have our upperweight wrestlers able to wrestle first meet.

i think jenkins will have a nice year this year, guess we'll see...i dont remember what his record was last year, i believe he got 2nd in regionals and then lost 2 real close matches at state, i could be wrong on that though. anyways...does anybody know what weight rj nill will be at?

I lied, I just checked and Jenkins did have a pretty good record last year. He got quickly pinned by Larson at state and then lost a close match to a good kid from Goddard, both of which are nothing to be embarrassed about. I just don't think there was much in the way of competition at 189 in his area last year, but who knows, he could pull out a studly year.

From what I understand, a kid from KC Ward moved to Aquinas and is better than RJ Nill. I think his name is Mills. As I understand it, Nill will be at 130/135 as Mills is at 119 or 125.

I believe the wrestler from Kansas City Ward is Mark Millstead.

When Mark, R.J., and Trevor Leahy were participating in Kids wrestling, Mr. Millstead was their coach at K.C. Kids Wrestling Club.

They got Mark Millstead too? Wow, that kid's incredible. I think he's even better than his older brothers who were studs as well, but for Shawnee Mission North.

That's it, Millstead. I had heard he was really good as a freshman. Not sure how he did at state in 4A if he made it.

He was undefeated for a long time during the regular season though, or at least I think he was. The kid is awesome. He and R.J. are going to get so good beating on each other.

Turbo will probably surprise some people, He's got one heck of a rib chrusher move.

man, could the East Side have more hardware traveling its way. Turner and all they got, STA and all they got, Team Title stuff is getting good.
