whats everyones favorite warm-up songs?

I've noticed about every wrestler has his iPod, mp3, CD player before their match... and I was wondering whats going on inside their ears?

and does music really help your wrestling out or not?
-----------------------------------------

hard rock: system of a down, pantera, disturbed, etc...

new rock: yellowcard, nickleback, all-american rejects, etc...

classic rock: europe, queen, van halen, acdc, etc...

rap or other: (I don't know any rap or anything)
-------------------------------------------

and what are some of your personal favorite warm-up songs..?

i once warmed up next to this kid who was looking very intense and getting focused and in the zone. i happened to be able to hear his music through his headphones and the song that made me chuckle was Stacy's Mom.

One time i listened to Pink Floyd wish you were here, right before the tournament started. I had the song stuck in my head all day and i completly sucked all day. Ended up getting 4th in a tournament i probally should have won. Im sure it wasnt all the song but thats a depressing song and it couldnt have helped. So dont listen to that song before a match.

In iTunes if you go to the music store and then go to iMix and then type in "wrestling practice" and see some mixes that others have put together for their warm ups or proactices. I am glad to see Jimi Hendrix is still making the hit list.

There is nothing wrong with Kelly Clarkson.
I just felt like that needed to be said.

The best wrestling mix I can think of...

1. Sirius- Alan Parson's Project
2. Gonna Fly Now- Bill Conti
3. Eye of the Tiger- Survivor
4. Stand Up for the Champions- Right Said Fred
5. Flower- Moby
6. 45- Shinedown
7. Basketball Remix- ESPN Jock Jams
8. Click Click Boom- Saliva
9. Enter Sandman- Metallica
10. We Are the Champions- Queen
11. In the Air Tonight- Phill Collins
12. Shook Me All Night Long (Remix)- ACDC Aerosmith etc.
13. Smells Like Teen Spirit- Nirvanna
14. Lose Yourself- Eminem
15. Stupify- Disturbed
16. The Final Countdown- Europe
17. The Red- Chevelle
18. Thunderstruck- ACDC
19. We Will Rock- Queen
20. Headstrong- Trapt

Just the mix I liked to listen to before matches, in no particular order...

It's the Kansas City Chief's "Theme Song"... they play it before every game so it can't be all bad.
