Will he be back sometime soon? Haven't seen him listed yet as having wrestled on the year. Fun to watch on the mat.

Gage won the 112 bracket at Wellington so he's there too. I think we have been having trouble with coaches not reporting scores from tournaments which is why it's hard to follow some of the guys.

112 -- 1. Gage, Mulvane, def. Harding, Winfield, 16-3.

That's actually a lot of wrestling he's missed at this point in the season.

I thought Gage wasn't varsity anymore. I was told that a move in this year came and beat him like 16-2. And I also heard that after the challenge match Gage punched something and broke his hand. That's just what i heard.

If Gage is from Mulvane, I think Miller from Derby moved to Mulvane. I see where Miller wrestled for Mulvane the other day. Miller lost out for varsity to Stephens from Derby at 112lb.

As impressive as Chris's record is so far in the year, he had a match at Colby that was under-impressive to me this year. He only beat the kid from Hoxie by a close margin, one who I believe he should have beaten more easily. He beat the kid by a score of 8-6 or so, but beat the Plainville kid by TF, HX vs. PV match went into double OT. I think he goes out and wrestles his match he wins easily, but if he thinks he has a push over match and has struggles early it can be a long match for him. I'm just glad to see him back on the mat this year.
