Thanks to all who posted get well wishes and prayers for me. I apreciate it.

I went to the Doctor's yesterday. And I have good news.

No torn ligaments in my shoulder or anything that bars me from wrestling.

She also told me since My range of motion is good and that my sling is causing me more discomfort than helping me, I do not have to wear it any longer.

Meaning, I'm cleared to wrestle on the 19th at McPherson and that hopefully I'll be going to the Krusaders practice this sunday.

Thanks Curtis and Aaron for coaching me. Hopefully you can coach me again sometime soon.I'll take on the 2006 NAIA 174# Champ in a warm-up match

Also, Coach Ed and Ms. Jenni, You two do so much for the girl wrestlers in the state of Kansas. My mom was really impressed by the tournament and the fact that you’re willing to give the coaching that girls need when they don’t get it when they wrestle for highschool.

Take it easy and stretch. It's one thing to get back in head first, it's another to pace yourself.

That's what I'm being told, Swayz. It's hard not to want to jump back in right away. I've been doing strectches and the whole nine yards. My doctor said I was fine to wrestle but I was to "take it easy while wrestling." She has no idea what she was thinking when she said that. You CAN'T do that in wrestling.
