Daily Schedule:
Important: Report from 12:00 (Noon) to 1:00pm first day only. All other days have shoes on and ready to go by 1:00pm. We want to start on time. Enter building Northeast corner – Parking lot off Antioch Road
Day 1 - Check-in and T-shirt hand out (This will happen 1/2 hour before clinic begins and/or through out day 1)
Monday
Warm up & stretching (every day) folkstyle demonstration match and scoring - 5 to 10 minutes
Monday
Day 1 - Neutral Position - Stance, motion, level change, defense, double leg,
single leg, snap down, hand fighting - GAMES & CONTESTS last 10-15 minutes
Tuesday
Day 2 - Bottom Position - escapes, reversals, hand fighting from bottom and elbow position,
standup, sit out, hip heist, GAMES & CONTESTS last 10-15 minutes
Wednesday
Day 3 - Top Position - breakdowns jam and chop, far ankle far knee, spiral, tight waist, etc.
Briefly touch on pinning combinations on this day. GAMES & CONTESTS last 10-15 minutes
Thursday
Day 4 - Pinning combinations - half, cradle inside and outside, Ask Zach to show his favorite pin,
GAMES & CONTESTS 5-10 minutes & QUESTION and Answers’ last 5-10 minutes
