How will coaches obtain their coaches pass at state? Usually it was done during weigh ins, but this year only wrestlers are allowed into weigh ins.
Also will the team coach/dad count as a spectator for their son/wrestler?
Thanks to all the worked really hard to develop and implement a plan for Kansas state wrestling.

Did I miss something? I haven't came across anything about how/when coaches will get their passes at state this weekend. Maybe I just didn't see it.

COACHES
You will be allowed in the building free of charge when entering through the pass gate at lower level of Kansas Star Arena provided you have your 2020-21 (current year) coaches card with you.

COACHES BANDS and CREDENTIALS (badge)
Both a coach “band” and coaches session specific credential “badge” is required to be on the floor or mat side. Due to COVID coaches allowed on the floor will be limited to 2 per club for every 5 wrestlers per session. Bands will be handed out at the Head Table. Coaches credentials (badges) will be session specific and will be given to club leader for distribution. To be allowed onto the arena floor you must have the coaches’ band and credential “badge” on and visible at all times. You will get your band as described below and you badge will be handed out for distribution to your club leadership in a club packet.


To pick up your coaches bands, you will need to provide the information listed below, at a designated Head Table in Kansas Star Arena immediately upon entering the facility. Enter through the pass gate at the lower level of Kansas Star Arena.

1. 2020-21 Coaches Card
2. Bronze Level Certification Card (check to be sure your name is on the list on the web site prior to the Qualifying Tournament Series)
3. Identification (must be a photo ID)
